SIMPLE TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY ON THE ROAD


HEALTHY EATING:

  • Eat breakfast
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Eat more fiber
  • Use spices and herbs to boost metabolism
  • Eat smaller meals every 3 hours to avoid hunger/overeating

EXERCISES:

  • Place fingertips on steering wheel and gently press your weight into your hand, hold for 30 seconds
  • Contract abdominal muscles while sitting at a red light or during your favorite song
  • Lift your shoulders toward your ears, hold a few seconds and release
